Emcure Pharmaceuticals IPO key details.

Emcure Pharmaceuticals IPO Review

Emcure Pharmaceuticals is a significant player in the pharmaceutical industry, boasting a strong R&D setup, diverse product range, and brand-building expertise, both locally and globally.

While Emcure has shown consistent growth in its top line, recent depreciation and interest costs have marginally impacted profitability.

However, potential concerns exist, such as disruptions in the raw material supply chain due to heavy regulation in the pharmaceutical sector, and dependence on external partners for product distribution.

The 36.6x P/E value is deemed suitable by the brokerage, considering Emcure’s capabilities, growth prospects, and potential debt reduction post-IPO.
Long-term investors are encouraged to consider applying for this IPO.

Anand Rathi Research

Anand Rathi Research believes Emcure Pharmaceuticals is fairly valued at a P/E of 36x post-equity share issuance based on FY24 earnings.
With favorable market trends and potential for business expansion, the brokerage sees room for growth and recommends a “SUBSCRIBE – long term” rating for the IPO.
