Air India Partners with The Bicester Collection for a Luxurious Loyalty Programme

Exciting news for Air India’s loyal customers! The airline has announced an exclusive partnership with The Bicester Collection, a family of immersive luxury destinations, for its newly redesigned Flying Returns loyalty programme.

This collaboration allows Flying Returns members to earn reward points on their shopping and dining experiences at The Bicester Collection’s nine open-air luxury shopping Villages in Western Europe. Members can collect 5 points for every GBP 4 or EUR 4 spent at any of the Villages, which are conveniently located near major European cities like London, Paris, and Barcelona.

To earn these points, members simply need to present their Air India Flying Returns digital membership card and receipts at the Villages’ Concierge Services. The Bicester Collection’s Villages offer a unique selection of global and European fashion and lifestyle brands, providing exceptional savings year-round and top-notch hospitality.

Sunil Suresh, Head of Marketing, Loyalty & E-commerce at Air India, commented, “This partnership enhances our revamped Flying Returns programme, offering loyal guests more ways to accumulate points. It caters to the growing demand for luxury shopping among Indians and provides new opportunities for customers across Europe to earn rewards beyond flights to India.”

Laurent Vinay, Chief Brand and Communication Officer at The Bicester Collection, added, “We are thrilled to partner with Air India and look forward to welcoming Indian guests. This collaboration will benefit both parties by enhancing customer acquisition. With Air India’s extensive network and our premium offerings, we aim to create unforgettable experiences for all our guests.”
